Is this a reasonable quote to replace kitchen sink
l got a quote that includes replacing the garbage disposal and kitchen sink
to a stainless steel one parts and labor included for $400. Is that ok?

A cheap disposal runs from Home Depot is about $90
A cheap sink from Home Depot is about $110
Labor around 2 hrs is $200
Presuming your contractor is going to reuse the faucet assembly, otherwise
add another $120.
Sounds like your contractor is going to install the CHEAPEST sink and disposal and fixture that can be found. Better quality sinks and disposers can run the materials only bill up to near $350. Then tack on labor.
$400 for what you want is actually pretty low. It is a simple
job to replace a sink, but these guys sound like they might mess it up.
If that includes the actual sink and garbage disposal, yeah
that sounds pretty good.
A disposal is between 75 and 100, sink is between 100 and 150,
caulking and other supplies would be about 50, labor to get the supplies
and the labor to install, yep sounds pretty reasonable to me.
